Jotform Sign Automation: How to Generate a PDF Document with a Specific Paragraph Field based on Answer

Bonjour pour mon formulaire de génération de convention, lors de la soumission du formulaires, 2 pdf distinct sont générés et différents...

l’un reprend l’ensemble du formulaire initial (sans prise en compte des conditions d’affichages) et l’autre reprend le pdf générés dans l’éditeur de pdf...

le pdf du formulaire initial comprend tous les paragraphes y compris ceux qui devraient être exclus dans les conditions (tous les paragraphes 1) et est le formulaire signé.

le second pdf est conforme mais n’est pas signé...

mon besoin est d’avoir un pdf conforme signé transmis sur les boites mails..

the unsigned pdf is correct.

the signed pdf shows the 4 paragraphs n°1 which are subject to conditions in the form. Only one paragraph chosen according to the conditions should be present on the signed pdf.

Thanks for sharing the URL of the form in question. I checked and see that you now have 4 PDF Documents in it and all has the signature field showing. I also noticed that you have 4 Autoresponder and each of them you're attaching a different PDF Document. Can you tell us more what you're trying to do?

Sure, I’ll try to explain my goal (jut to remind you that it worked before...)

I have one form https://form.jotform.com/ecole_de_loptimisme/convention-MOI and regarding customer choice the paragraph 1 is different.

I have 4 differents §1.

If the customer has choosen option A, the final document is to be with the §1 « A » .

The autoresponder then choose the pdf files with §1 A.

Today the customer receive 2 mails, one with a correct pdf with the correct paragraph 1 option, and a second email « signed by jot form » with the complete form with the 4 differents §1 one after another...

The signed pdf should be the document with only one choosen §1...

Thanks for getting back to us. If I understood what you’re asking, the PDF Document from the Signed PDF shows all the Paragraph fields on the form. Take note that the PDF Document that was generated from the Jotform Sign Automation will include all the Paragraph fields on the form.

Unfortunately, the email template for the Jotform Sign Automation can't be edited yet so it is not possible to only send a PDF Document with a specific Paragraph showing on it. What you want to do is possible for regular PDF Documents where you can send Autoresponders with a specific PDF attached to it based on the answer but currently, it's not possible for the Signed PDF from the Jotform Sign Automation.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. When or if it's implemented depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
