Now, let me help you with your question. This indicates that the white submissions are marked as Read Entries, whereas the gray ones are categorized as Unread entries. You can also check the Status by following the guide below:

1. In Jotform Tables, select the submission’s three-dot icon to see the entry options.
2. From there, you should be able to see the Status if it is Read or Unread.
