Sur le jotform MINI AUDIT CONDI TOMATE, après soumission il y a les deux dernières lignes qui ne s'affichent pas.

La ligne calibreuse concombre et la ligne calibreuse pigeon.

Comment les ajoutés de manière simple ?

Now, let me help you with your question. When I checked your form, I could see that some fields were not included in the Notification Email and when I tried to add them on a cloned form, I noticed that you have reached the Character limit of 65k on your notification email. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

At the moment, the email template supports maximum 65k characters, that os why your other information is cut off. Note that the character limit includes CCS and HTML codes of the template, not just the data that are submitted. 

As a workaround, you can Attach a PDF document to your Email Notification, which will contain all the fields. Doing that is easy, let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the column on the left, click on the Emails tab.
3. Hover with your mouse on the Notification Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.
4. Click on the Advanced tab, then scroll down to Attach PDF, then set the toggle to ON.
5. Make sure to Tick the checkbox on the left side of the PDF Document name.
6. Finally, click on Save at the bottom.
