Erreur de calculs

J'ai le formulaire https://form.jotform.com/240642076034348.

Le questionnaire sert à faire un profilage DISC de 16 questions de 4 choix possibles où chaque choix correspond à un profil D, I, S ou C.

Pour chaque question, j'affecte la valeur 1 à un champ (pour la question 1, en fonction du choix effectué, il affecte 1 au champ 1A, 1B, 1C ou 1D.

Ce principe est appliqué aux 16 questions.

Au final, j'additionne toutes les valeurs des champs A pour les copier dans Total Rouge (=D du DISC) et le même principe pour les B, C et D.

Mon problème est qu'il compte pour certaines soumission un total supérieur à 16 (chose normalement impossible).

J'ai l'impression que cela se produit lorsqu'une personne répond puis modifie son choix avant soumission.(incertain)

Pour information, le formulaire est actuellement en production chez l'un de nos clients je suis contraint de conserver ce lien de formulaire.

Il y a déjà une 20aine de soumissions que je vérifie manuellement pour voir si les calculs sont justes et j'ai attends encore beaucoup.

J'aimerais que les résultats soient juste pour ceux à venir.

Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the submission entries with a total of more than 16. It appears that the value of the field "Total Bleu" is different from the actual value. If you try to edit the submission, its value is different and when you add it up, it will come up with a total of 16.

In the image below, the one at the top is the date when you edit the submission. The one at the bottom is what's showing in the submissions table. This is for the submission ID: 5854626715123967220.
