je n'arrive pas a faire figurer notre logo en haut des mails pourtant cela a bien été configuré pour.
Cela doit être sur tous nos mails svp.

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my result:
Also, I checked your Approval Workflow and it seems you have already removed the "Mail" field on your form. You need to update the Recipient of the Email element on your Approval Workflow to be able to receive the email notification. Your form currently has a single Email field named "Infos du contact / Mail de contact". Check out the screenshot below:
