problème de paiement par MasterCard

    Bonjour

    Vous venez de nous signaler un échec de paiement de notre abonnement mensuel. Nous avons en effet détecté un problème avec notre MasterCard qui nécessite son remplacement. Celui-ci est en cours et la nouvelle carte devrait être disponible ce vendredi 8 mars ou lundi 11 mars

    Ceci est très (trop?) juste pour modifier à temps nos données de paiement. En temps que trésorier de notre association auseindesfemmes.be ASBL, je m'engage à mettre à jour au plus vite nos données de paiement dès réception de notre nouvelle MasterCard.

    Pouvez-vous nous confirmer que vous n'annulerez pas notre abonnement.

    Hi Joel,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your account and I saw that it was scheduled to be downgraded by March 10, 2024. The account shouldn't be downgraded back to the Starter (Free) plan if you can update the card by March 8 or 9.

    If I recieve the new MasterCard this friday I will indeed update the payment data before the account would be downgraded. Saturday and Sunday there is not post delivery. So if I don't receive it on time I will not be able to update payment data before march 11 and our account would be downgraded.

    Can you give us a little bit more time to update our payment data ?

    Hi Joel,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Although we can't guarantee a favorable outcome, let us know if you don't receive your new card by Friday and we will escalate your request to the relevant team. Once you receive the new card, you can update your Credit Card Information in just a few easy steps. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
    • In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

    • Next, go to the Billing tab.
    • Click on Change Credit Card.

    • Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
    • Now, just click on Update to save the changes.
