Bien cordialement,
Katrine

Hi Katrine,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know, and we can have them do that. But keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. You can enable the Calculation Values feature in the Options tab and assign calculation values to each option. Here's how to do it:
- Select the Multiple Choice field and click the Gear icon.
- Go to the Options tab.
- Toggle the Calculation Values to ON and assign values to the options.
As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if you need any more help.

Thank you for getting back to me. I already did that. Could you tell me how my clients can see their score added up, please? And how I can comment on their scores.

Hi Katrine,
Thanks for getting back to us and providing clarification. You can use the Form Calculation widget to calculate the option's assigned values from the Multiple Choice fields. Let me show you how:
- Click the Add Form Element in Form Builder.
- Go to the Widgets tab.
- Search for the Form Calculation widget and click it to add it to your form.
- In the Form Calculation window, click the Add Field button.
- Select all of the Multiple Choice fields on your form and put a "+" sign between them to add their calculated values.
- Then, click the Save button.
Sample Result:
You can test my demo form or clone it to see the changes made in the cloned form. We also have a guide about How to Perform Calculations Using a Widget that you can check out.
Let us know if you need any more help.
