Bonjour, j'ai un problème avec mon formulaire, il fonctionne uniquement lorsque je l'ouvre sur l'ordinateur sur lequel je l'ai créé. A partir du moment où je l'envoie à quelque cela ne fonctionne plus, que ce soit via internet ou même moi lorsque je le test sur l'application directement. (les images ne s'affichent pas et

Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry that you’re having trouble with your Image Radio Button widget. When I checked your form, I was able to replicate the issue. It seems that the Image URL that you used are compromised, that is why the image are not visible. Please consider changing the URL and test your form again.
I have used this Green Smile image and Red Sad Smile image, and they are properly displayed on my Test Form. You can test it here, also check out the screenshot below to see my results:
