Bonjour
j'ai un problème au niveau des liens des formulaires
quand j'ouvre le lien d'un formulaire il s'affiche comme suit
Ce site est inaccessible Vérifiez si l'adresse form.jotform.com est correcte.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAINj'ouvre le lien depuis la Côte D'Ivoire
je vous prie de bien vouloir m'aider

Thanks for getting back to us. I'm sorry if you're having issues with your form links. I've checked your 3 forms and was able to open them without the error message. Take a look at the screenshots:
This might be a cache issue, I've cleared your form caches. Can you please try to clear your browser cache and cookies and then check again?

Check if the address form.jotform.com is correct. If there are no errors, try running a Windows network diagnostic.

yes the problem still persists
when I send the form link to my friends in Europe, it goes very well with them, but with me in Africa it doesn't work...... I don't know how hard it is... yet that's it passed at the start -

but on Orange Wifi it doesn't work...it's hard to be at the IP of my router

Thanks for reaching back to Jotform Support. I checked the IP address you shared and confirmed that it's not blocked on our end. However, when I looked for an orange wifi, it means you have internet connection problem. I highly suggest contacting your ISP for further assistance.
