Hi PHOTOFORMATION,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. Attaching PDF documents generated by the PDF Editor is easy. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar, click on the Settings tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- Hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email element and click on the Pencil icon.
- Under the Advanced tab, toggle Attach PDF to the On position, and select the PDF file you created.
- Now, scroll down, click on Save, and you're done.
Please note that if you are unable to receive the PDF document, our developers are aware of the issue and they are currently working on it.
Let us know if you have any other questions.
