Bonjour
Nous avions un compte Jotform avec l'accès Google via contact@ajyformation.com
Quand nous souhations nous connecter, le compte est marqué comme suspendu.
Nous ne pouvons, ni en créer un autre, ni se connecter en changeant le mot de passe par exemple.
Avez-vous des solutions ? -

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the account connected to the email address contact@ajyformation.com, and can see that it was suspended because the form is collecting log in credentials which is against our Terms of Use.
I have gone ahead and deleted the field that collects sensitive information and reactivated the account. You can now try to log in to your account.
