How to change page title of form?

Buongiorno, scrivo perchè non riesco a modificare il titolo del bullet da "Che bullet sei'" a "Che genitore sei?". Sapresti dirmi come fare?

You can change the page title of your form in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
• Click on Show More Options.
• Scroll down to Page Title and change the text in the text box under it. That's it.
