Payment Integration: Option to exempt some buyers from tax

Some of my products are taxed, but many of my buyers have tax exempt status. How do we include a tax exempt option with certificate upload for verification? I am using Authorize.net

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand you want to have a tax-exempt option for your buyers but as of the moment, we don't have that feature yet. Currently, you can only exempt products from tax. Rest assured, we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I will let the relevant team know about this and get back to you as soon as I hear updates from them.

For now, you can add an Upload File form element for your buyers to upload their certificates for you to verify. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page.

2. Click on the File Upload form element. This will let your buyers upload their certificates.
