Manage form fields: easier way to add multiple fields in form

Bonjour,

J'aimerais pouvoir programmer le formulaire "PV de réception de support" pour dérouler autant de question que de besoin.

J'aurais besoin de créer un template "Ecart" avec toutes les informations ci-dessous :

Puis ajouter une question du type "écart supplémentaire ?" OUI/NON

Si "NON" est coché -> alors soumission et édition du rapport pdf

Si "OUI" est coché -> déroulé d'un second encart "écart"

Dans cet exemple de formulaire, on pourrait être amené à avoir au moins 50 écarts. Programmer 50 feuilles d'écart comme nous l'avons fait à la main aujourd'hui (10 pages) prendrais énormément de temps.

Avez-vous une solution pour automatiser ?

If so, this is not possible, you need to add the relevant fields manually on the form. You can use conditions to show and hide fields relevant to the user's selected answers, and to allow them to skip to pages related to their selected answers. En effet j'ai besoin d'automatiser le processus d'ajouter des champs dans le formulaire.

Sinon je vais devoir ajouter 50 fois mes pages "écarts".

Thanks for getting back to us. You can duplicate of your form instead of manually adding it. We have a guide for that here.

• In the Builder page, you'll need to select the page that you'll duplicate then use the function for select all (like pressing Ctrl+ A or ⌘ + A).
• Then click Duplicate and select the option to Bottom.
• I does not separate the field by page, so you'll need to add a page break for that.

Any excess fields added can be deleted.
