Error: Over quota even after deleting the records

    Bonjour,


    J'ai un message de dépassement de quota pourtant j'ai supprimé tous les enregistrements.

    Il n'y a rien dans la corbeille.

    Que devrais-je faire?

    Now, let me help you with your question.  I'm sorry that this is happening. I have recalculated your account and cleared your form cache to ensure that your account is refreshed and in active status. It seems now that your account has successfully reset the limits now.

    You may also log out of your account and clear your browser cache before logging back into your account to check if the issue has been resolved. If you encounter this again, you may also clear your form cache and visit your account usage page to verify if the limits have been reset.
