How to update Page Title of the form?

bonjour, j'ai mis un mot de passe pour avoir l'accès à mon formulaire, j'aimerais savoir si l'intitulé sur laquelle les personnes vont tomber pouvait être changé, écrire par exemple que si ils n'ont pas le code de nous contacter et y ajouter notre adresse mail par exemple.

To confirm, are you referring to changing the title of your form? Check the steps and screenshot below on how to change the Page Title of your form.

1. In your Form Builder, click on Settings.
2. In Form Settings, click the Show More Options button.
3. Scroll down and look for the Page Title.
4. Change the Page Title to your requirement.
