Limit number of payments in Stripe integration.

Bonjour,

j'ai tenté de créer un paiement en 3 mensualités via la création d'un abonnement.

Mais l'option qui permet de limiter à 3 prélèvements ne s'affiche pas sur l'interface, contrairement à ce qui est présenté dans l'aide (voir pièce jointe).

C'est un bug ? Comment corriger ça et créer mon plan de paiement en 3 mensualités ?

Now, let me help you with your question. I understand you want to limit the number of payments. Unfortunately, the feature you are looking for is not available. It is not possible to add the number of payments in Stripe payment, you can only select the subscription period. After you receive 3 monthly subscriptions, you should cancel the subscription from your Stripe account. Here is a self-help guide. The number of payments is available in PayPal, Authorize.Net, 2Checkout, and BluePay only.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
