Comment limiter le nombre de réponse par question ?

Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, you can set a limit for Multiple Choice fields. It's easy to do. Let me show you how:

• On the left side of the Multiple Choice Question field, click on the Gear icon to open Multiple Choice Properties.
• Click on the Surveying tab and toggle Entry Limits to the On position.
• Now, just enter the minimum and maximum values that you want to use and that's it. You're done.

Also, if this is a booking/appointment form, we have some other options that you can choose from, like the basic appointment field Appointment Slots widget or some Conditional Logic Tools.

During a congress (one day) people can choose to participate at a specific session (=meeting). I have 5 different session (at the same hour) and I want that each people can select the meeting before the day of congress. (easier organization)

But for each session I have a limited capacity (20, 15 peoples...). Today I have 80 peoples for the congress. I must send at 80 peoples a form to select session.

Example

• Session 1 - 2:00 PM : max 20 people can assist
• Session 2 - 2:00 PM : max 15 people can assit
• Session 3 - 2:00 PM : max 20 people can assit
• ...

I would when I have 20 answers for session 1, it is not possible to have a 21st people to select this one. This person will choose an other free session.

Is it possible with jot form ?

Thanks for getting back to us. Sure, more than one person can pick the same appointment date. I'll walk you through setting that up:

1. On your My Forms page, find your form and click on Edit on the right side of the page, to open Form Builder. 
2. On the Form Builder page, hover your mouse over the Appointment field and left-click on it. 
3. Click on the Gear icon on the right side of the Appointment to open Appointment Properties. 
4. In the Appointment Properties window, click on the Advanced tab.
5. Under the Advanced tab, in the Appointment Type section, click on Group, and then close the window. 

Now, in the appointment properties, you can click on availability and enter your appointment time.

That's it; you're done. Now, more than one person can pick the same appointment date when they fill out the form.
