ajouter plusieurs photos

Je souhaite utiliser Take form mais il permet d'ajouter qu'une seule photo.

Est ce qu'il y a un autre outil pour ajouter plusieurs photos

et j'aimerais également ajouter des vidéos

As for your concern, the Take Photo widget can only take photo once. You need to add multiple Take Photo widget if you want them to add more. Also, we don't have similar widget that can records a video. My recommendation is to add the File Upload Element. This basic elements allow user to upload multiple files unless you limit the number of files in the settings. You can also specify the type of files to accept. For example in your case, images and videos. So that means you can enumerate all image and video related file extensions such as jpg, jpeg, mp4, wav and etc.
