Bonjour, je souhaiterais savoir ce qu'il se passe de votre côté en cas de modification de la date de réservation sur le formulaire. J'ai remarqué que dans ce genre de cas, le mail de confirmation de réservation n'est pas envoyé. Serait-il possible de mettre en place un moyen permettant d'envoyer un mail de confirmation en cas de modification de date choisie par le client ?

I checked your form, but there's no option for the customer to edit the submission can reschedule or change the selected Appointment date. Can you tell me how are your customers able to edit the submission? In addition, I checked your Notification Email and can see that you've checked the Send email when the submission is edited.
Keep in mind that when the submission is edited, you will receive another Notification Email showing that there have been changes made to the submission. Can you tell me if you're unable to receive it?
