How to avoid duplicate submissions?

J'ai un formulaire qui m'envoie la même soumission de façon périodique, comment puis-je faire en sorte de ne plus recevoir la même réponse?

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the Orange navigation at the top of the page.
2. Now, click on Show More Options button.
3. Next, scroll down to Unique Submission option.
4. Finally, select your preferred option from the dropdown.
