I can't add a form to my website hosted by Weebly

Check out my results on the screencast I created using this link. To seamlessly incorporate your forms into your Weebly hosting site, follow these simple steps:

• Visit the Jotform app link and click on the Add button located on the right-hand side to integrate the Jotform app with your Weebly hosting site.
• A prompt will appear, guiding you to connect Jotform to Weebly. Click on Connect to initiate the integration process.
• On the following page, you must authorize Weebly to access your Jotform account. Simply click on Allow to grant the necessary permissions.
