How to show different questions depending on the answer?

Je voulais savoir s'il y a un widget ou autre ou l'on peut répondre à une question et en fonction de la réponses (par exemple "oui") cela redirige vers une autre question.

En gros si on peut poser des questions avec des "sous-conditions".

Now, let me help you with your question. We have multiple ways to do that using Conditional Logic. I cloned your form and applied one of the options to achieve that functionality. Check out the screencast below:

As you can see, it leads to a different question page depending on the answer provided to the first field. Let me show you how to do it:

First, let's add a Single Choice element, and pages to your form:

1. In Form Builder, click on Add Form Element on the left side of the page, and drag and drop a Single Choice element to your form.

2. Create multiple pages on your form. In this example, I added two Short Text elements to create two pages.

Now, we need to create a condition for your fields. Let's do it:

1. Click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, and in the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
2. Click on Add Condition, and select Skip to/Hide Page.

3. Copy the settings below, and click on Save.

4. Repeat the same steps for your other option.
