Politique confidentialité, Cookie et protection des données pour les formulaires Jorform

Bonjour,

nous souhaitons mettre en place un formulaire jotform mais pour se conformer à la loi, nous devons également mettre à disposition de nos clients la politique de confidentialité, Cookie et protection des données lorsqu'ils accèdent au formulaire.

Auriez-vous l'aimabilité de me faire parvenir ces documents ou un lien, afin que je puisse les intégrer à mon formulaire ?

About your question, you can add a Customizable Terms and Conditions Widget. Using this widget you can add your terms and conditions directly to your contact form and create a checkbox where your users can indicate that they agree.
