Bonjour,
Le formulaire suivant https://form.jotform.com/222973752548063 est bloqué à cause d'une atteinte de quota de la boite de réception. Nous avons fait le ménage dans les dossiers. Pouvez-vous svp débloquer en urgence le blocage de quota ?

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you trying to clear your upload space? If so, I looked at your Jotform account, and the issue appears to have been resolved, as your upload space has gone down to 2.47 GB / 10.00 GB. You should be able to log in without getting a warning that you have exceeded your upload space limits.
If the issue persists, please clear your form cache, and your browser's cache, log out and back in, or use a different browser. If you're still having the same issue, we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
