Form Calculation Widget: How do I correctly add all the values?

Je suis en train de faire un formulaire de type « quiz » et j'aimerais calculer les points de participants. Pour la bonne réponse, j'ai assigné une valeur de 1, pour les mauvaises réponses, j'ai assigné une valeur de 0.

J'aimerais avoir un champ « total » qui fera l'addition des valeurs de calcul de chacune de mes questions. (1 point pour une bonne réponse, 0 pour une mauvaise réponse) Lorsque j'essaie d'ajouter le widget «calculatrice pour formulaire» ça me donne une réponse comme celle-ci lorsque je fais des tests : 1+0+1+1, au lieu de me donner une addition.

Now, let me help you with your question. I'm sorry if you're having difficulties with this. I cloned your form to test it, and I easily replicated the issue. There is an easy fix for this, we just need to click on the plus sign to turn it into numbers. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, select the Form Calculation widget and click on the wand icon to open its settings.
2. Click all the plus signs (addition) to turn it into numbers.
3. Lastly, click Save.
