Hi Melanie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy assisting other Jotform users. However, I'd be happy to help you in English using Google Translate and you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. If you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Upon checking, you don't have any forms on your account. Could you please provide the form URL so that we can check it for you?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Hi Melanie,
Thanks for getting back to us. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the calculation symbols wasn't configured correctly. Let me show you how to fix it:
- In Form Builder, click on the Build tab in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
- Select the first widget and click on the wand icon.
- Under the calculation area, click each of the symbols to make it darker (black). This will indicate that we are calculating a number. Grey means string.
- Click on Save to update changes with the widget.
- Repeat the same steps with the second widget. That's it! You should see the same output as in my screencast below:
You can also check out this guide on How to Perform Calculations Using a Widget.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
