Bonjour,
J'utilise Brevo comme SMTP pour expédier mes emails. Je voudrais ajouter un variable 'tag' pour chaque email expédié. Pour classifier les mails dans la plateforme Brevo
Est-il possible ?
Cordialement

Hi Alessandro,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
With that being said, to clarify, do you mean to add tags to the notification emails that are being sent? I'm not sure what tags they are exactly, is it like where you can labeling the email notifications that were received? If you can provide more details, that'll help us better understand what you're trying to do, so we can check as well if its feasible.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Hi Lorenz,
Yes exactly, it is a kind of labelling that will classify the email in bravo.

Hi Alessandro,
Since we do not have an integration with Bravo, I'm afraid that is not possible. There is no option to add tags in notification emails; however, you do have the option to create Tags in the Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:
- In Jotform Inbox, click on Add Tags, and then in the Tags window, enter a name for your tag, and click on Create a New Tag.
- To add a tag to a submission, choose the submission want to add a tag to, click on Add Tag, and then just choose a tag.
- After you've added the tags, click on the Downward Arrow icon next to Inbox on the top-left side of the page.
- In the dropdown list, click on Tables.
- On the Jotform Tables page, click on Columns and enable Tags.
- Now, you can add the tags to your submissions.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Hi Mary,
Thanks for your explanations. This will not work on Brevo side.
I'll proceed with Make integration
