Thanks for patiently waiting. If you want to add rules and conditions to your form, we suggest using the Terms and Conditions widget. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In Form Builder, click Add Form Element on the left side of the screen.
2. Click Widget and select Terms & Conditions widget.

This widget will allow you to add your URL link to your conditions or rules.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
