Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I checked the form and is currently disabled, that is why it is showing form not available. You can set the status of your form to Enabled in 3 easy steps. Let me show you how:
- Open your form in Form Builder.
- In the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the Form Settings window, set the Form Status to Enable.
