    Bonjour,

    Hi IFMA,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If you're looking to remove the name or edit it on the link, this feature is only available for Enterprise users only. You submit an application for Enterprise Sales Request here.

Alternatively, we can change your account's username if you want to change the username in your custom URL. Please share 3 usernames in the order of preference. We will change your username to the first one available. Note that spaces and special characters are not allowed in the username, except for underscore.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Thanks for your quick reaction. English is surely ok for me :-)

Thanks to your comments, I understood that belfa was already taken as username => I could not change it. I have than change it to belfaBE and this was available! So IFMA is no more used and this is now perfect.

    Thanks for your help!
