Embed Code: Not Working on Wix

Bonjour j'ai un problème d'affichage du formulaire sur le site internet. C'est simple j'ai créé un formulaire et je duplique et installe le code html. Pas de problème du coté de wix le code est bien le bon rentré et il affiche votre message d'erreur. je vous l'envois en pièce jointe.

Now, let me help you with your question. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue on Wix, but everything was working properly. I used the Embed code and the IFrame code and both worked properly. Check out the screenshot below to see my result: 

Can you try it again and use the IFrame code instead, and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
