Bonjour,
Cordialement
Antoine

Hi Antoine,
Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to assist you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd prefer to receive support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I understand that you'd like to make a specific reservation (like evening reservations on the same day or over several days) form based on the time of the day like AM or PM. Yes, it's possible and you don't have to re-run the form to gather appointments or booking. It can run seamlessly.
To achieve that, you need to allow multiple submissions. You just need to click the Settings, and under the Form Settings, make sure that Unique Submission is set to No Check.
Do you consider overbooking or do you have a particular time slot to consider? I also noticed that you already created Intervals based on your preferred schedule. Please check the screenshot below: Maybe you can provide more details about the issue for us to determine a workaround for you.
Once we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Hello,
Thank you for your answer.
I made the test by clicking no check and it is still the same issue, I can book only one time slot.
To sum up, I woule like to create a form for 4 days : 19/06 & 20/06 & 21/06 and 22/06.
Both dates, guest could choose between 2 hours : 12h30 or 19h00
The goal is the guest could book 1, or 2 or 6 slots or as much as he wants on the same form.
Thank you for your assistance
Antoine

Hi Antoine,
Thanks for getting back to us and for the explanation. I understand things much better now. Unfortunately, if you want your users to select multiple time slots for your specific appointment field, it is not possible. But as a workaround, we can add multiple appointment fields to your form and show them only if your users want to add another appointment. It's easy, let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, right-click on your Appointment Element and click Duplicate.
- In Form Builder, on the left side of the page, click on Add Form Element+menu.
- Add a Single Choice field that will prompt your users if they wanted to select a new appointment or not.
- Now, right-click on the duplicated Appointment fields and set it to Hidden.
- Then, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Go to the Conditions tab and create Show/Hide Field condition.
- Set the conditions as you see below:
This is how it looks like after adding those conditions:
You can check out this guide on How to Show or Hide Fields Based on User's Answer.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.
