    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Looking at the screenshot, it looks like you need to choose or use your Jotform account from the dropdown when you choose an account integrating with Zapier.

     I choose one account then the other but nothing happens.

    Hi cutscif,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Can you please share with us a screen recording of what happens when you set up the integration in Zapier?  You can then upload the video recording to any online storage service like Google Drive, YouTube, or Box, or use loom.com to record it, then share the video link here in this support ticket.

    Also, I found these two videos on YouTube that can help you as well in setting up Excel integration using Zapier. Here is the link for video 1 and video 2.

    Thanks for getting back to us. Have you tried setting up the integration directly in Zapier, then check if the zap created in Zapier is available in the Zapier integration in your form? Also, can you confirm what are your requirements as to why you are integrating with Excel? We also the Google Sheets integration that you can also check if it can meet your requirements.

     I started by integrating a Google Sheets into Google Drive

    But it doesn't let me do everything I want

    Excel is more powerful

    Thanks for getting back to us. I have cleared form cache to refresh the form on where the integration will be set up. I suggest doing the following to see if this will make a difference:

    • Try other devices, like a laptop or desktop computer.
    • Use the Incognito Mode of Chrome or other browsers (i.e., Firefox, Edge) available on your end.
    • Try other browsers available on your end.
    • Clear your browser's cache and cookies. Once you are done, close your current browser session and log in to your account on a fresh browser session.

    Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
