    Bonjour à l'équipe d'assistance. Nous souhaitons faire connaître un problème que nous rencontrons depuis un jour . En effet les différents redirigeant vers les formulaires ne fonctionnent plus rendant impossible toutes nouvelles souscription.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I've checked out the screenshot you shared with us. It seems you are trying to access your forms using a mobile device and the Google Chrome browser and getting this error. Do note that your form links are working. Can you please try to clear your Google Chrome browser's caches and test again? It should resolve an issue. I've also noted that you have opened a total of 99 tabs in your mobile device browser so it will be helpful if you can close all of your tabs and check your form URL in Google Chrome's incognito mode.

    When I tried to open your form, on the Android device using Google Chrome, I was able to access it without any issues. Take a look at the screencast below:

    Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll investigate it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
