Hi Danaé,
Thanks for using Jotform. The issue with the audio is due to your account's permission settings. Since you are using an uploaded file link to add the audio, it won't work if you or the users are not logged in to the account where the file was uploaded, no matter what device they use. Please disable the Require log-in to view uploaded files in your Account Settings and test your form again.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
