Bonjour,
Merci!

Hi Vasectomie_Monteregie,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, let me help you with your question. I am sorry you are having trouble with this. Most of the time, if you embed your form using the iFrame Code, it fixes the problem. The iframe embed method is designed to work on any web page. Since the form is displayed inside an iframe, it’s less likely to cause conflict with anything on your website. Let me show you How to Get the iFrame Code:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Embed.
- Now, select iFrame, and copy the code.
- That's it. Embed your link on your webpage and you're done.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.

Hi Joshua, thank you for your response. The form is in the website right now with the iframe methode. However, we need to add tracking tools such as Google Tag Manager of Google Analytics to it.
Unless there is another way to add these to the form to track the steps and the clicks, I found the only way to track properly the actions on the form was to integrate the code directly.
Let me know if you have another workaround with your platform.

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for getting back to us. Google Analytics 4 can be used with Jotform only if you generate a Tracking ID. Let us walk you through it:
- In Form Builder, add the Google Analytics widget from the Widget tab.
- Then, click on the Wand icon.
- The widget will require a Tracking ID to be able to work. Check out this guide on how to get it.
- Once you acquired the Tracking ID, you can enter the Tracking ID field of the Google Analytics widget, and click on Update Widget.
You can check this guide about How to Track Online Form Submissions using Google Analytics 4.
After setting up Google Analytics, you re-embed your form in your website builder.
Give it a try and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hey Joshua,
It says in the article you provided that "the following setup only works on forms added to a website using the form’s source code."
Unfortunately the visual problem remain and the code seems to have some problems as you can see. Nevertheless, it seems that GA4 works with that solution, the problem is really just the visual now.
Thanks!
