Problème de facturation

    Bonjour Jotform,


    Je souhaiterais télécharger la facture de mon abonnement pour un mois à Jotform (abonnement que je reconduirai le mois prochain). Malheureusement, les informations sur la page "détails" sont incorrectes. C'est bien la société Art Paris qui a été facturée et qui a payé. Pouvez-vous m'envoyer la bonne facture, s’il-vous-plaît ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I checked your latest invoice and it shows the correct name. To check your account's invoice, please check out the steps and screenshot below:

    1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile Picture. 
    2. Click on Settings to go to your Account Settings.
    3. Under Account Settings, click on the Billing tab.
    4. Scroll down a bit and you should be able to see the Invoices section
    5. Click on the View link on each invoice to see their details.

    Hi,

    That is what I am trying to tell you, the billing information are incorrect and we would like to change them to keep an accurate invoice in our archives. Would it be possible to change our information?
