Compte bloqué

    Bonjour,

    Mon compte professionnel paris 2024 pour réaliser mes formulaires Jotform est "bloqué" depuis plus d'1 semaine. J'ai essayé de ré actualiser mon mot de passe, cela ne marche pas. On me dit que mon compte est bloqué...

    Serait-ce possible de connaître les raisons et de trouver une solution svp ?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again. 

    With that said, I checked the email address you used on this thread and it's not associated to any Jotform account, so I'm assuming the account you're referring to is under a different email. Could you share with us the email address associated so we can check its status?
