Power Automate: "Invalid connection, please update your connection to load complete details" error message

    Bonjour,

    J'ai créé des flux automatisés sur power automate avec jotform et excel.

    Cependant power automate me dit qu'il y a un problème de connexion avec JOTFORM.

    Pourtant j'ai bien créé la connexion avec JOTFORM et elle est valide.

    Mon informaticien me dit que le problème doit venir de chez vous.

    Message erreur :

    Connexion incorrecte. Mettez à jour votre connexion pour charger les détails complets

    Now, let me help you with your question. I’m sorry you're having issues with your form. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. The automation was connected normally. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you try to delete and reconnect it again and let us know how it goes? We also suggest you try it on several browsers or try another network connection to see if it makes any difference.

    J'ai déjà supprimé et reconnecté jotform sur POWER AUTOMATE. Cela ne fonctionne toujours pas.

    J'ai un flux qui fonctionne mais pour la création d'un nouveau flux j'ai le message suivant :

    Connexion incorrecte. Mettez à jour votre connexion pour charger les détails complets

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I tried to create a flow from Microsoft Power Automate, I ran into the same issue. It seems to be related to Microsoft Power Automate's new designer feature. Turning this option off is easy, let me show you how:

    1. Open your flow on Microsoft Power Automate.
    2. On the top right side of the page, toggle the New designer option to off.

    Can you turn this off and try to integrate again? If you still run into the same issue, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
