How to add a smiley on the form

Pouvez-vous m'indiquer comment insérer des icônes (smiley vert et smiley rouge), en tant qu'options de réponse dans le questionnaire ? Ce ne sont pas des smileys disponibles sur le clavier basique. Y a-t-il un code ?

Thanks for your patience, we appreciate it. Yes, you can add a smiley on your form by using the Emoji Slider element and Input Table with Emoji options. Please keep in mind that it's only available in Card layout forms. Let me show you how to add it to your form:

To add the Emoji Slider to your Card Form:

1.On your form, click the Add Form Element button.

2.Scroll down to the Survey Elements.

3.Click the Emoji Slider to add.

4.Click the Add Row link to add more rows and begin adding the labels.

5. Click the Properties, to change its other options, including the Emoji Scale option, which you can find at the bottom of the Fields tab.

Now, here's how you can add it using Input Table with Emoji options:

1.On your form, click the Add Form Element button.

2.Go to the Input Table to add.

3.Click the Properties, to change its other options, including the Emoji Scale option, which you can find at the bottom of the Fields tab.

Thank you but this is not exactly what i was thinking about. I'd like to give only 2 options for the answers, on with a happy green smiley, the other with a sad red smiley. This is for people with mental difficulty so it has to be the more simple possible...

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, there are no possible options related to your request on the Card Form. However, we have a workaround on our Classic Form. You can easily setup emoji using our Image Radio Button Widget. Let me show you how:

1. Add the the Image Radio Button Widget on the top of your form.

2. On the Widget Settings simply add the URL of the emoji that you want to use.
