Now, let me help you with your question. If you want to personalize and add JavaScript code to your form, you will have to download the full source code of the form. Let me show you how:

• In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top.
• Go to Embed on the left menu, then click on Source code.

• Click on Copy Code and add it to your website.

You can select Download Source Code to get your form’s resource files and host them on your server. You can also follow this guide on How to Get the Full Source Code of Your Form.
