Comment insérer un sondage (1 question) dans un email et réponse en 1 clic

Bonjour Jotform,

Nous souhaiterions insérer une question de sondage dans un email envoyé à un grand nombre de personnes, et nous aimerions que les destinataires puissent répondre en cliquant sur la réponse de leur choix directement dans l'email, et le clic ouvre également une fenêtre vers une landing page qui affiche les résultats du vote en cours ?
Est-ce possible avec Jotform ?
Nous avons vu cette fonctionnalité dans un email, et l'auteur utilisait l'outil Substack ?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can send out the forms through email, but your form fillers will have to open the form through the link sent before they can answer it, and it cannot be done through email directly. Unfortunately, we don't have an integration with Substack tool.
