Arnaque ou pas?

    Bonjour / Bonsoir

    Merci d'avance !

    Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’m sorry you’re having trouble with this. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

I understand the issue, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hello again!

The link to the form is posted with my first message. I just wanted to make sure it was indeed a scam, since this form asks me for payment information.

It's a person I don't know, who wanted to send me money via Paylib, and he sent me this form.

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for reporting this matter to us and helping us to keep Jotform safe. We understand how upsetting things like this can be, and we take your security and privacy very seriously. We want to assure you that Jotform is not participating in this conduct. We supply a Form Builder, and unfortunately, some parties may use the forms for wrongful purposes.

After looking into this, we determined that the form creator violated our terms of use. So, we immediately suspended the account, the account owner, as well as any forms and apps connected to it. But, keep in mind that although the form owner has no access to the form or data at Jotform now, they might have received your submission information if they enabled the Notification Email feature.

Feel free to reach out again if you have any questions or if we can help you in any other way.

    Thank you for your reply!

Obviously, I didn't send anything at all, it seemed too suspicious to me.

    Thanks for your help!
