Approval Flow: Why are the approval elements are grayed out?

Lorsque je vais sur mon process d'approbation, certaines des cases sont grisées et non reconnues dans la boite au lettre. Pouvez-vous me dire d'ou vient le problème?

Now, let me help you with your question. The approval paths of the two approver are backwards, which will gray out the approval flow. Check out my screenshot below:

You need to delete the links and correct the path. Let me show you how:

1. In Approval Flow, click on the link and click the trash icon.
2. Click on Confirm in the modal.
3. Next, you need to connect the approval element.
