Appointment element: English date format stills when set to French date format

I was wondering though, the form is in French, however, the calendar is in
English ( the date, "Selected Time" ,
Cancel Selection
*Or also when It goes into my google sheet. *

Thanks for getting back to us with these details. I'm not sure that I understand your issue with the Calendar element in your form, when I load it on my side, the Calendar is displayed in French, as shown below.

As well as in Google sheet:

It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.

Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

Also on the google sheet, it is only the element linked to the calendar, I
would actually like it if the date would display like the date of birth :
7/2/24 for example

The upload seems to failed. Did you try to post them in this actual thread while being logged in to your account?

Thanks for getting back to us. I’m really sorry that this is happening. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:

Can you try removing the integration adding it back again? Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Integrations on the left side of the screen, and select Google Sheets.
3. Select Remove Integration, and click on Yes, Remove.

When adding it back please select a new spreadsheet to check if the issue still persist.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Thansk for getting back to me. Just to be clear before I try doing that,
the form is perfectly fine, this is whatever has to do with the calendar
that is not.
For example, the date of the meeting chosen is shown as : Wednesday, Feb
07, 2024 17:30-18:30 which is not ideal for my database.
And also when they choose a date on the calendar on the form, it is in
english " date selected" "cancel selection". The form being in French then
this in English is not so professional to me.

Thanks for getting back to us with these details. I'm sorry that the English format stills when you expect a full French display of the Calendar and its messages. I did a try on my side and I don't find any workaround. I also try to change the date format in the synched Google sheet as you did, with no more success. So, since the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
