Cannot add a logo into the form

Bonjour,

Pour mon formulaire "Dossiers de candidature résidence Alfortville", je n'arrive pas à ajouter le logo. Quand je clique sur "ajouter", j'ai une page blanche et rien ne charge.

Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. You will need to choose a theme for your form. Let me show you how: 

• In Form Builder, click the paint roller icon on the right-hand side of the page to get to the Form Designer. 

• Go to the Themes tab and hover your mouse over the Default Theme, then click on Use Theme.
