    Bonjour


    On ne peut plus nous faire des soumissions. et j'ai le message suivant :

    Vous avez dépassé la limite de espace de téléchargement.


    Comment puis je faire pour faire fonctionner mes formulaires à nouveau sans avoir à me surclasser ?

    Hi Lejeu,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our French Support agents are currently busy helping other Jotform users. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, remember that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As I have checked you are using 1.01 GB/ 1.00 GB. To resolve the issue without doing an upgrade is to free up your upload space. I recommend you download your form submissions first and save them in your local drive. To free up your upload space, you must delete and purge your form submissions. Let me show you how:

    1. Log in to your account, and go to My Forms.

    2. Select which form you would like to delete form submissions.

    3. At the upper part, click on Submissions.

    5. At the upper right part, click on Delete then Move to Trash.

    To permanently delete the trashed submissions.

    1. Under Tables beside the name of the form, click on the Three Dots icon then select Trashed Entries.

    2. In the Trash panel on the right, choose the submissions to delete, then select Delete Forever.

    3. Finally, select Delete in the confirmation dialog.

    I deleted lots of my submissions but my space didn't change (still 1,04 GB)

    I do not understand

    Thanks for getting back to us. I checked your account and it looks you the changes in the upload usage as reflected now. I've cleared your form cache, your forms should be working now.
