Need information about my payment and subscription.

    Bonjour,

    Je viens de voir qu'il y a l'abonnement à payer, je croyais que c'était par prélèvement. Pouvez-vous me confirmer si c'est le cas ou si je dois régler par PayPal.

    D'autres part, l'abonnement prends bien en compte le fait que nous sommes une association à but non lucratif ?

    Ps: n'hésitez pas à répondre aussi par mail s'il vous plaît. Car je ne suis pas forcément connecté sur mon compte. Mon mari vient de décédé, alors je suis très prise dans les démarches administratives.

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. I went ahead and checked your account and I can see that your subscription is overdue. It shows here that Jotform tried to renew the subscription, but the payment failed. Please make sure that there's enough balance on your PayPal account to renew the subscription. No worries, you can still keep your Non-profit discount. If you wish to upgrade again, let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on Pricing in the blue navigation bar at the top of the page.

    You can also upgrade your subscription on your account’s Upgrade/Billing page.

    2. On the Pricing page, choose the plan you want to buy.

    3. In the popup window, choose either a Monthly or Yearly payment schedule and either Credit/Debit Card or PayPal as the payment method. 

    Here’s an example of the Bronze plan:

    After you click on Continue, you'll need to enter your Credit/Debit Card details.

    If you choose to use PayPal, you’ll get redirected to the PayPal payment page to complete the payment. Check out this guide for more details about upgrading your account.

    Bonjour, 

    Merci pour votre réponse. Par contre, je ne sais pas, si vous avez répondu à ma question concernant le fait que cet abonnement est un abonnement pour une "Association à but non lucratif" ?

    Le tarif annoncé tient-il bien compte de cela, car en tant qu'association le tarif est réduit (moins cher), c'est bien cela ?

    Hi BSCPATRICIA,

    Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, that is correct. Since you're a non-profit organization, you can save up to 50% on paid plans. Additionally, since you are also as well on the Silver Legacy plan, you are grandfathered into the older price which is $95 for Silver Yearly. As long as you keep your subscription, your Legacy privileges will not change.
