    Hello Cyrielle,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our French Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in French, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your request. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this and work out a solution. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hello Cyrielle,

Thanks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, we were unable to determine the total number of submissions that selected the option "Other". But as a workaround, you can extract the submissions that selected "other" responses in your multiple-choice element using the Summarize with a Chart feature, and then manually total how many answered "Others". It would not display the word "Other," but rather the actual responses entered in the "Other" field. Let me show you how:

    1.  On your Jotform Tables page, click on the My Products column.
    2.  In the list that comes up, click on Summarize with a Chart.
    3.  You can change the chart type by clicking on Chart Type on the right side of the page.

You can also create a Report View on the Jotform Tables page. Let me show you how:

    1.  On your Jotform Tables page, click the Add Tab and then select Reports.
    2.  Choose your form and click on Next.
    3.  Now, choose the Report Type you want to use.
    4. In Report View, click on the Gear icon on the right side of the page to open Chart Settings. Here, you can change the Chart Type.
